EMsight problem

Dear sir.

          I drawed a two layer circuit in EMsight, but when i make it as a subcircuit in schmetics with adding 2 ports directly, then i click 3D view of it, it show error that the two layer circuit became only one layer.

          Would u pls help to solve it? or do i have to set LPF to make to availeble? and how to do it ?

          I know i proposed so many question to you, wish you can be patient to answer my questions because i am a customer of AWR.

If the stackup element (the enclosure for the em structure) is not setup correctly then the structure will not display correctly in 3D and ALSO will not simulate correctly.  The 3D view is very important to check as it is a representation of what the simulator will actually simulate.

The best way to get started with learning EM setup is to go through this (Chapter 7 in the getting started guide ) which will walk through setting up the structure from scratch.

If you are unable to solve he problem after looking at that chapter you can send "Submit a Request" function and attach your .emp file and I can look at it.

          Thanks so much for ur quick response.

          I attached it in attachment using AWR2008 version, wish you can teach me how to fix it in 3D view.. Thanks.
