In supporting students we realized that a support system that works great for commercial users does not necessarily meet the needs of students.  Students need material for different types of problems and often want to be able to find it themselves.  In addition students often need information right now because their work is due in an hour!

To try and meet these needs we think a forum type of system where students can ask questions of not only AWR employees but of other students as well is a better approach so we have launched this system.
