Which CMOS foundries does AWR support?

Due to IP restrictions we do not currently provide any foundry specific process design kits (PDK's) to universities.

We feel that the best teaching environment is one where students can keep the examples and course materials for a course and with foundry IP restrictions that is not possible.

In order to facilitate the teaching of both circuit and layout design of RF CMOS circuits we include in our software a generic bicmos process.  Because this is a generic process professors can feel free to create course material around it and distribute it to all their students.

To access this PDK just the the File->New With Library->AWR Example Libraries->Generic_GenBic35 command from the menu.
